First, we hope that you are doing well. We have decided to provide a small number of masks to those that may desire them. For the most up to date information please do your own research. Please be aware that there is no silver bullet for stopping a viral infection. There are many actions that may be taken to reduce your chances of becoming infecting. Face masks are only one part of that solution. 

** Will This Mask Filter COVID-19/SARS-CoV-2? **

No. Cloth masks alone do not guarantee protection against contracting Covid-19. Cloth masks help most in reducing the spread of viruses by keeping outgoing droplets from leaving the wearer. When more people wears masks, the overall infection level of the community is reduced.

Do I Need To Wash My Mask First?

Yes. We will take care to You should wash your mask before wearing it.  

Is This One Of Those N95 Mask That I Have Heard About?

No. These masks are 100% Cotton and ARE NOT REPLACEMENTS for N95 respirator masks often used in high-risk settings like hospitals.

N95 respirators are in short supply. They need to be worn by people at the highest risk such as intensive care doctors, anesthesiologists, or .

If you are in a high risk area, please take further precautions as recommended by health care professionals.

What If My Mask Is Too Small / Large?

These masks are one size; they work for most head sizes. The masks are held onto the face by a comfortable and "stretchy fabric" composed of nylon and lycra. 

If you find the mask is too large, be sure you have washed your mask. It may shrink a slight bit to your comfort level. After doing that, you may twist the ear loops once or twice to create a more snug fit.

If you find the mask is too small, you can attach the mask to your face by connecting the straps to a band of some sort (shostring, elastic, etc.) to create a connection around the back of your neck/head 

There are also a few mask extenders that you can find online. Search for "ear saver", "ear extender", and similar search terms.

What Material Are These Masks Made From?

The masks are 100% cotton (no stretch). 
The bands are made from a nylon / lycra blend for comfort.

The mask itself has an inner and an outer layer of cotton.

Are These Masks Breathable?

People find that these masks tend on the heavier side. If you 

Can I Add A Filter To The Mask?

Yes. Although there is no designated "slot" for a filter, filters are easily applied by adjusting the filter size to the shape of the mask

Are Your Face Masks Refundable?

All face masks are non-refundable, non-exchangable, and non-returnable due to the nature of the product. But should something not be right with your product, please contact us to see if anything can be done.

Is My Mask Re-Usable?

The masks are cloth and can be reused multiple times. It is recommended that masks be washed in a gentle cycle and dried with low heat before every outing.
